Ranjan Rayna
A journalist turned social-impact strategist who co-founded CauseBecause in 2009. He leads strategy, research, assessment, programme design, partnerships and institution-building, connecting boardroom decisions with evidence from the field.
Padma Pegu
A publishing and editorial professional who brought a deep understanding of academic and long-form publishing to CauseBecause. She helped shape its independent voice, knowledge practice and institutional foundations.
The wider practice includes research, field-assessment, programme-management, editorial and domain specialists engaged according to assignment needs.
